about me
Problem solving
Problem solving relies on thinking. The motto of one of my previous employers was “Never stop thinking” – here focused on the products, technologies, and operations challenges of the company. Today such problems are no longer asking for my attention. I am drawing points of interest from my environment – visual and verbal queues, associations from reading books and news and from a list of topics of interest I have been keeping for a long time. In fact, this list keeps growing. When authors or commentators present facts or opinions, I often find myself conducting additional research – reading books or articles and am thinking about them and their presentation. When I have an idea or additional thoughts about the topic – I write them down and when I feel they might be of interest to others I post them here.

Presence
Being truly present triggers observations, flags interesting scenery and visualizes connections to one’s personal life – hidden in books and stories. It is worthwhile to constantly learn and relearn to be present. I am trying this with the people around me and when I am walking, driving, reading, or doing other things.
